We are sorry to see you go :( Please follow the instructions below to cancel:

1. Login to your MVMNT account. IMPORTANT: Log in to Mobility MVMNT through a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc. Not the MVMNT App)

2. In the top navigation click on “DASHBOARD”

3. Select the “BILLING” tab

4. Scroll to the bottom and select “CHANGE PLAN”

5. Select “CANCEL MEMBERSHIP”

6. Confirm that you want to cancel your account by clicking "OK"

7. This will take you through the cancellation process

8. Once you have verified that you wish to cancel your membership, you should receive and cancellation confirmation email

If you return to the "BILLING" section in your account settings, it should say "Reactivate My Subscription"

Your account will remain active until the steps above are followed.

We have the most comprehensive online mobility programming which means we use a variety of modalities that can include specific items used in the videos.Items that you will see used include:

- A yoga mat to make working on the floor more comfortable
- A blanket, pillow, strap/towel, or ab mat to create comfort
- A yoga block, rolled-up towel, medicine ball, to assist with some poses or to give a little stability as needed
- A foam roller, lacrosse ball, softball for soft tissue work
- A light resistance band for some of the MVMNT Prep/warm-up activation and stability work

These items will be demonstrated or explained in the videos.

Members that subscribe to Mobility MVMNT can watch videos in the app.

Note: To register for a MVMNT membership you must do this on the website desktop platform. You cannot sign up through the app.

Use the MVMNT Prep/Warm Up videos to enhance your current warm-up routine. These videos are designed for the purpose of preparing the body for movement, enhance movement quality, and prime the central nervous system. These MVMNT sequences are intended to be done before your workout at the gym.

Our Daily MVMNT Practice is our mobility programming designed to be completed each day of the week, anywhere, anytime, and is designed for everyday demands - inside and outside of the gym.

Our MVMNT practice is designed and created by Crystal Derry. Built on a collection of knowledge in the studies and practices of Kinesiology in the areas of exercise physiology, sports psychology, breathwork, and yoga, the Daily MVMNT Practice works to:

- Be appropriate for anyone no matter where you are at with your physical fitness
- Detail simple step-by-step instruction videos and mobility flows
- Prevent future injury and minimize existing pain and discomfort
- Improve your stability and mobility to maximize your athletic performance
- Learn proper muscle activation to boost your gains and overall progress
- Relax the mind and body to increase the healing, decrease recovery time, and feel good

Every MVMNT has a purpose and every sequence has an effect. How we move internally and externally impacts our performance in work, life, and play. The recovery and restorative categories were created for two specific purposes;

Recovery:

We have created the "Recovery" section with the intention of active recovery, mobility training and to work on developing the proper mobility and flexibility to optimize your health. These are simple and detailed step-by-step instruction videos designed to help you recover from your workout or everyday life. These videos are best-done after your workout or workday.

Restorative:

We have created the "Restorative" section with the intention of restoring the central nervous system and encouraging you into a more parasympathetic state. These are simple and detailed buttery smooth, calming, and relaxing sequences lead by Crystal richly filled with gentle stretching, breath work and a big focus on relaxation and down-regulating the central nervous system. These sequences will help you calm the body and mind, restore your nervous system and breathing patterns, practice mindfulness, and nourish the body holistically. These videos are best done before bed or on rest days.

Returns Policy:

Three reasons for returns:

- Defective Item
- Wrong Item Shipped
- Wrong Size

All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We will not accept items that have been washed or worn; that smell of detergent, cologne, smoke, etc.; have stains, holes or other blemishes, etc.

All returns must be authorized.

Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of the original ship date.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Steps to make a return:

1. Request authorization for a return by contacting customer service at info@mobilitymvmnt.com

2. Package your item(s) and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Include the original invoice with the returned item(s) and please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

4. Use the delivery service of your choice and return to:
