To provide a thoughtfully designed weightlifting program that supports the development of lifters inside and out of the gym.

This program features progressions in the Olympic lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk, and optional daily mobility and recovery routines.

This program's primary focus is increasing your max lifts while working on positional strength, squatting, pulling and technique while maintaining a healthy regulated nervous system.

  • This program is for anyone with experience performing the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We have lifters of all levels, from beginners to high-performance competitors, and many masters athletes. The program is designed to accommodate a range of abilities and is comprehensive for all types of athletes.

  • Access to a fully equipped gym is necessary to get the most out of this training program. A barbell, bumper plates and a squat rack are the minimum required equipment needed. Additional equipment such as a bench, dumbbells, cable pully, pull-up rig and bands are needed for various accessories.

  • Each LIFT session is about 75-90 minutes of training. The program is based on a 6-12 week cycle progression. It is an ongoing monthly subscription program building week to week.

  • The monthly program LIFT is an online program ONLY.

This Club is designed for Canadian weightlifters and our coaching team operates out of the Rise Weightlifting Training Center

We will be available at SWA-sanctioned weightlifting meets throughout the weightlifting season

With over a decade of experience in Olympic weightlifting, the Founder and Creator of Mobility MVMNT and a passion for empowering female athletes, Coach Crystal is a trailblazer in the world of strength training. As one of the few female coaches soon to be qualified to coach internationally in Canada, she's dedicated to breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity in the sport.
