Since 2016, Mobility MVMNT’s brand promise has been “To Create a Better Quality of Life.”

This promise was created not just with our members in mind, but as a promise to the world as a whole. It has been heartbreaking to witness the racism, injustice and violence occurring around us, which is why we looked at meaningful ways to help.

We’ve created our newest series in the #TakeCareMVMNT: “At Home”. This series is aimed at restoring your nervous system and will help you manage the stress you’re no doubt feeling these days through gentle, purposeful movement. Each practice includes simple sequences you can do in your home, on your own or with the whole family, with Crystal’s calming voice leading you throughout.
