We Just Got More Flexible: MVMNT Got an App!

Take Mobility MVMNT with you, wherever you are! The Mobility MVMNT app makes it easy to mobilize anytime, anywhere. Take advantage of the features in the app to get the most out of your experience with MVMNT.

FILTER

Look up videos for particular movements or areas of the body. Filter by category, targeted areas, and duration of the video.

To filter videos, click the Search icon along the bottom navigation. Click the Filter icon in the top left corner and select your desired filters.

FAVORITE

It’s easier than ever to make a list of your favorite sequences. Simply select the heart icon to add it to your favorites list. The heart will turn read indicating that it is now in your Favorites list.

DOWNLOAD

You can now take Mobility MVMNT with you even if you don’t have internet connection. Simply download your favorite sequences to the app so you can play them offline.

The download icon will indicate the download status. Once the video is downloaded, the icon will indicate it is completed. Click on the check-mark icon or go to the Download and Favorites page (“play” icon along the bottom) to view your downloaded videos.

To remove videos from your download section, go to the Download and Favorites page and click the trash can icon beside the video you want to remove. A pop up window will confirm if you wish to delete the video. Select “OK”.

Features such as changing your email, password, or payment options will have to be done through the website desktop platform. Visit our FAQ page for more details on the technical aspects of the app.
