The Take Care MVMNT
While the words coronavirus, social distancing and self-isolation are new terms in all our vocabularies, the expression “Take Care” is not. Just like “see you later”, we used to take these words for granted, saying them almost mindlessly when we’d say goodbye to someone.
Nowadays, however, we actually MEAN it when we say it.
Whether you’re saying goodbye on a Zoom call with your friends or to your grocery store cashier during an essentials run, these words mean SO much more than they ever did before.
This is why we’ve created the Take Care MVMNT. The #TakeCareMVMNT is a collection of whole-body holistic videos, fun challenges, and helpful tips compiled to help you take care of yourself during this time - a time in which chronic stress can make us more susceptible to viral infections, depression, anxiety and mental health issues.
